The cycle paths in the area of the Sea Krynica are an excellent proposition for lovers of active recreation. The routes lead through the picturesque areas of Mierzei Visulana, offering views of the forests, sandy beaches and the Visulana Basin. The routes are varied, both for recreational cyclists and more experienced ones, allowing you to discover the charming corners of the area, including the reserve “Buki Mierzei Visulana” or the lighthouse. It is the perfect way to combine sport with admiring the beautiful coastal nature.

Frombork

Frombork is a picturesque town located on the Vistula River, full of historical and cultural attractions that attract tourists from all over the world. Frombork’s greatest pride is the monumental Cathedral of the Assumption of the NMP and St. St. Andrew, where Nicholas Copernicus worked and was buried. Cathedral Hill is a complex of buildings of immense historical and architectural significance, which offers the opportunity to visit the museum dedicated to the great astronomer and the beautiful interiors of the Gothic cathedral.

In addition to Copernicus’s heritage, Frombork also delights with picturesque views, historic fortifications and the atmosphere of a quiet town, perfect for a relaxing walk surrounded by history and nature. In the summer season, you can also take a cruise along the Vistula River, admiring the city’s panorama from the water.

Malbork

Malbork is one of the most important places on the tourist map of Poland, best known for its monumental Krzyzacki Castle – the largest Gothic castle in the world and one of the greatest medieval buildings in Europe. The castle, which is the former seat of the great masters of the Crusader order, is inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List and attracts thousands of tourists annually.

Visitors can explore the vast interiors of the castle, full of historic chambers, impressive halls, chapels and vaults, where unique exhibits related to the history of the order and the Middle Ages are located. The castle also offers numerous exhibitions, historical events and spectacular light and sound displays that allow you to learn more about Malbork’s rich history.
